Thank you for entrusting us with your pet. We know to some, their pet(s) are like their children. That is why we care for each pet to such a high standard. We welcome all breeds and any temperament. 

Here at Ultimate Canine Care, both you and your furry friends are very important to us. We require ALL shots to be administerd by a licensed veterinarian. We can no longer accept vaccines self-administered. All vaccines need to be given to all pets at least 10 days prior to any appointment or service. No appointments or boarding reservations will be accepted until we have updated vaccination records. 

We require Bordetella, Distemper-parvo and rabies.

However, we do suggest also getting the Canine Influenza vaccine, but is not required. *Flea,tick,heartworm prevention is always a plus*
